Scarlet Fire Pizza is dedicated to providing you with the freshest and highest quality of catered foods. Our dough is fermented naturally over many hours. This slow fermentation process is what gives Neapolitan dough it's amazing taste. San Marzano tomatoes are used for our sauce and only Grande Cheese- the softest best tasting mozzarella we could find. Most dishes can be adapted for your taste preferences or special diet.
